PERSONAL TRAINING

Work one on one with a Dynasty Fit trainer who develops programs specific to your fitness and nutrition goals. If you like working out with people but don’t like being in a big class. Small group personal training sessions are offered for up to 4 people at a time.

SKYPE TRAINING

Skype training is a way to improve your wellness from anywhere in the world. Clients are able to train from home, hotel, office, backyard wherever!! All you have to do is get a free skype account, set up training time, log on and have fun. Skype training allows clients to save time and money.

BASKETBALL TRAINING

Dynasty Fit CEO RanDee is a retired professional basketball player offering individual and team training. Individual training is position specific focusing on agility, strength and power. Team training works with a team of 10-15 players focusing on conditioning, agility and team building.
